概述：

​枸杞采摘季一共分为五茬，其中第一，第五茬数量较少，第二，三茬数量最多。红骏马枸杞基地所雇佣的杞农都为临时工形式。在采摘的高峰期，每天大概需要雇佣超过四十名杞农，才能够完成采摘目标。

在所有红骏马枸杞基地雇佣的杞农中，外地户口的年迈务农人员能够占到80%的比例，而在暑假时段内，放假的学生能够占到15%的比例，剩下的5%则是农牧场原先的退休员工以及游客。去除学生群体后，计算发现当天杞农的平均年龄达到了62岁。询问得知，这些杞农一般都是跟随来到宁夏打工的子女一起迁过来的，因为家庭生计原因，必须要通过打零工等等方式赚取工资。

​杞农大多每天四五点钟就需要到达枸杞田，在地表温度还未升高时就开始工作。大约采摘到中午十一点，太阳高挂时便回到家中，或者是就近解决午饭。直到大约三四点，太阳逐渐开始落山，才开始一天的第二波采摘，直到完全天黑，才结束一天的工作。

Overview:

The wolfberry picking season is divided into five crops, of which the first and fifth crops are less numerous, and the second and third crops are the most numerous. All wolfberry farmer hired in the Red Steep wolfberry plantation are temporary workers. During the busiest dayes in the picking period, more than 40 wolfberry farmers need to be hired every day. The wage of the farmers is calculated through the weight of wolfberry fruits they picked.
Among all employed wolfberry farmers in the Red Steep wolfberry plantation, elderly farming personnel with nonlocal registered residence card can account for 80%, students on vacation can account for 15%, and the remaining 5% are oretired residents from the farm-ranch. After excluding the student group, calculations found that the average age of wolfberry farmers on that day reached 62 years old. Upon inquiry, we learned that these  farmers usually moved here with their children who came to Ningxia to work. Due to family livelihood reasons, they maintain to make their own livelihood through part-time jobs and other means.
Most of the farmers need to arrive at the wolfberry fields at four or five o'clock every day and start working before the surface temperature rises. They pick until about eleven o'clock at noon, when the temperature reaches a peak on the day, they return home, or have lunch nearby. It wasn't until around three or four o'clock, when the sun gradually began to set, that the second wave of picking of the day began. After a four-hour-long working cycle, the whole day's work finally ends for regular farmers.
