荆瑕成立于2021年，是一个非盈利助农公益组织。我们的团队由高中生，家长与杞农组成，通过日常空余的时间构建这个组织，并完成助农工作，网站搭建与宣传推广。

荆瑕旨在帮助宁夏杞农改善工作，生活条件，通过工程设备等研发提高其生活保障水平与工作效率。同时，荆瑕希望能够以构建的平台，记录每一位杞农的故事，并传播出去，以此为这一群体获得更高的社会关注度与意识，为这一群体所面临的困境获得更大曝光。基于以上的行动与目标，荆瑕希望最终能够成为千股绳中的一股，帮助推进更大范围的保障制度改革以及进步。

Established in 2021, Ruby Jade is a non-profit charity agricultural-supporting organization. Our team is composed of high school students, parents, and farmers. We use our spare time to build up the whole organization and complete the work of assisting farmers, website construction and publicity promotion.

Ruby Jade aims to help wolfberry farmers in Ningxia, improve their work and living conditions and promote their living security through research and development of engineering equipment. At the same time, Ruby Jade hopes to build a platform to record and spread the stories of every wolfberry farmer and, so as to gain higher social attention and awareness for this group of hard-working people. Based on these actions and goals, Ruby Jade hopes to eventually become a force among many, helping to promote broader reforms and progress in the social security system.
